How do I manage pet records?

After creating a pet profile, you can add health records, medications, vaccines, and vet visits from the pet's detail page. Tap on any section to add or edit records. All information is organized chronologically for easy reference.

How do reminders work?

ChiPetPet sends you notifications for medication schedules, upcoming vet appointments, and vaccine renewals. You can customize reminder times and frequency in the app settings. Make sure notifications are enabled for the app on your device.

How do shared pets work?

You can share pet profiles with family members, pet sitters, or caregivers by inviting them via email. Shared users can view pet information and, depending on permissions you set, add or edit records. This feature requires all users to have ChiPetPet accounts.

How can I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app, or by contacting us at noreply@mosyonal.com. Please include the email address associated with your account. Account deletion will remove your personal data and pet records.
