Delete Account
Request deletion of your ChiPetPet account and associated data.
Before you delete
Please understand that account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted:
- Your account credentials will be permanently removed
- All pet profiles and associated records will be deleted
- Health records, medications, vaccines, and vet visit data will be removed
- Shared pet access with other users will be revoked
- Premium subscription benefits will be lost
How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email request
Email us at the address below to request account deletion.

Include your account email
Make sure to include the email address you used to register your ChiPetPet account so we can locate and verify your account.

Wait for confirmation
We will process your request and send you a confirmation email once your account has been deleted. This typically takes 1-3 business days.
Data Retention Notice
While we delete most personal data upon request, some records may be retained if required by law, for fraud prevention, or for legitimate security reasons. Any retained data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
