By downloading, installing, or using ChiPetPet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
ChiPetPet is a mobile application developed by Mosyonal that allows users to manage pet profiles, health records, medications, vaccines, vet visits, and reminders. The App offers both free and premium features.
User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Premium Features
ChiPetPet offers premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Premium features may include cloud sync, additional storage, and enhanced sharing capabilities. Subscription terms and pricing are displayed within the App.
User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create within the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Upload malicious content or code
- Impersonate other users or entities
Service Availability
We strive to maintain the App's availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice. We are not liable for any unavailability or changes to the service.
Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosyonal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
ChiPetPet is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for your pet's health concerns.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
